This week we have been lucky enough to chat to Jordan from Unbarred Brewery. Not only do they brew amazing beer, they also support their local community and collaborate with local artists. From their home in Brighton they have big plans for the future!

We drink their Cold IPA – the first in a series of IPAs they are creating this year and a relatively new style here in the UK. Jordan talks us through the style and how it differs from a regular IPA.
