A Woman’s Brew Podcast follows the ‘beer-ventures’ of two beer-loving women – Joanne Love & Tori Powell – on their mission to get more people drinking and talking about great craft beers. The duo look to infuse equal parts education, playfulness, and story-telling with a dash of chaos across their episodes with the aim to make the craft beer hobby more fun and approachable for all – made by women for everyone! Tori and Joanne are both UK based, but weave in their US connections with their love of travel to bring you – dear listeners – stories from across the industry and across the globe. We discuss our own relationships with social media, the platforms we love and share some positive and negative experiences.

Have you liked & subscribed?! We were given the unique opportunity by our friends at Unbarred to collaborate on a beer. Now, that doesn’t sound too unique, as you know we’ve done that before. However, this time we were collaborating with other content creators as well as a brewery!
Pulling together all the people who love craft beer so we can support and champion one another, the new beer Like & Subscribe is being released on 10th October at all good bottleshops, bars, taprooms and pubs as well as on Unbarred’s webshop. We got to brew the beer, along with the wonderful Emma Inch of Fermentation Radio and Same Again and our new mate Dan Philips of 1 Minute Beer Reviews.
This episode starts on brew day where we chat to Jordan and Brett from Unbarred and Iain from BarthHaas X, who brought along the hop products for the brew. We then move on to the beer being and we chat to all those involved. Why is the beer community important to us and how do we, as content creators, use our passion to support the industry we love?

We’re solving the mystery that is Mysterious Brewing, this week! We chatted to Ken, co-founder of the brewery about his homebrewing background and how the brewery began only 5 months ago.
We were very lucky to try 3 beers from Mysterious – Citrus Triangle, Citra single hop pale, Black Light, a black IPA and Sitka, a spruce ESB.
Ken gives us his best advice for budding homebrewers and those that want to move into the commercial field. We also talk about cuckoo brewing and the Berkshire brewery scene.

Today we make a Brave Noise with Cath from Attic Brew Co. Attic’s Brave Noise beer is available now and Cath tells us why it was important for the brewery to be part of this initiative.
