There is definitely something in the water – probably because beer is 90% water! It’s a fairly important ingredient when it comes to brewing our favourite beverage but it’s also quite a complicated subject. In this episode we look at water profiles around the world that have shaped some of the beer styles you love today. We’re talking IPA, Gose and Czech Pilsner. We also taste a beer made in two different places to see if the water is really that important (spoiler – it is!)

Not one for the ‘why doesn’t beer taste like beer’ crowd, the fruited gose can taste anything from a fruit smoothie to a cocktail that needs a little umbrella and a beach.
